It's Neil week on AI, and I was nervous for it, because I knew he'd be butchered. But I'm glad he's not being butchered. Sadly, I'm just not digging it (except for David Cook, who can do no wrong with me). If I wasn't such a huge Neil fan already, I wouldn't be moved to listen to him after tomorrow night. Bummer, man.
David Archuleta is annoying me, btw. He sings the same every week. He reminds me of a baby Taylor Hicks. And I didn't even watch that season. Really America, can you imagine listening to an entire CD of Archuleta? And he's singing the one song that you can do so much greatness with. And nothing. But he was smart to add that last line. Get the audience all patriotic for him. Simon just hit the judgement right on the head.
But I can't wait to see Neil on stage tomorrow!
