Hi! So I have a job now, but it's not official so I'm not talking about it yet. And with it not being official, you never know what might happen. So anyway, it looks like my fun interview stories are done.
My allergies are a lot better, but I'm still coughing. I'm also really tired. I'm sleeping pretty hard, but I wake up coughing, and my shoulder hurts, so I think the sleep is interrupted. The last couple of nights I've noticed that because of my nose stuffing up that I end up sleeping on my right side, which is my bad shoulder. I can hardly use my shoulder now. Well, I can for some things, but others I can't. And it makes my arm hang funny, because it hurts to have my arm in the normal position. I suppose I should go to the doctor. As soon as I know for sure I'll have insurance I'll head over there.
Really, I don't have a whole lot to report. I didn't go garage saleing this weekend :) I decided sleep was too important. I took two bags full of cd's and dvd's to Hastings and got myself $74 for them. They wouldn't buy "The Simpsons Sing the Blues"! That's a classic! If I didn't own it, I'd sure as hell buy it if I found it used somewhere...so maybe I shouldn't be trying to sell it...I couldn't get rid of the Stephen Colbert book on CD that I have because I'm missing the first disc. So I have to question Kelly in our office, because her Intern was the last person to have it. And he graduated. But I know he didn't steal it, because he wouldn't do that anyway, and because he didn't really like it. Which is why just the first disc is missing, he didn't finish it :) So I'll have to find it. I'm sure it's worth money.
I need to start selling stuff on ebay, but I only have 3 ratings. I'm not a big ebay-er. So I suppose I should research it up. But I've got a financial plan, thanks to Suze Orman. She's pretty cool. And I haven't finished the book yet, so I bet I"ll have an even bigger plan once I do that. And with a steady paycheck, I can start on it. Oh, yeah, I did have to pay the $600 for the keys. Suck. But that's why I have a "slush fund". I'll fill the hole in the fund up over time. With a steady paycheck and a free place to live, that won't be a problem. So since I'm not facing unemployment, you can put your wallets away, you won't be getting hit up for donations after all. I gave the other $7 back. But I guess if you want to give me money anyway, go right ahead :)
